Domitille Dessertine is head of fintech, innovation & competitiveness (FIC) at the French securities & markets authority, AMF. The FIC team is responsible for supporting innovative companies and reflecting on the need to adjust the regulatory framework to foster innnovation in the financal services area. As such, she was particularly involved in the discussions around the new legal frameworks for crypto-assets, recently introduced by the Pacte law; she also represents the AMF on various working groups on fintechs both at the European and international levels. Prior to joining the AMF, Domitille worked at the Internatinal Organization for Securities Commission (IOSCO) on post-crisis regulatory agenda. She is graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a PhD in finance from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
