François Wat is Senior Partner in the Investment Banking division of Rothschild and Co since 2008 and Co-Head of Global Equity Advisory, helping listed and private corporates in their M&A, strategic and financing goals.
He joined Rothschild & Co from Deutsche Bank where he was Head of Equity Capital Market Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Before that, he was Head of European Equity at Deutsche Bank and Head of French Equities for S.G. Warburg
François received a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Paris in 1986 and is also a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Business and Finance) in 1987.
